Lyreen uses the name, mobile number and delivery details you provide to process orders, arrange delivery and make order tracking available. Payment credentials are not shown to other shoppers.
Optional WhatsApp reminders
If you opt in at checkout, your contact details and saved bag may be used for a WhatsApp checkout reminder. Reminder permission is optional and does not affect your ability to order.
Advertising choices
With applicable advertising permission, Lyreen shares page views, viewed and bagged product IDs, product names, shopping values in INR, payment method and confirmed order events with Meta for measurement and ad optimization. Campaign tags may be stored with orders. Tracking is blocked until acceptance in consent-required or unresolved regions and honors applicable opt-outs elsewhere. Optional, separate Meta audience acceptance permits sharing name, phone and bag value for retargeting and lookalikes; WhatsApp reminder consent does not grant it. Choices are recorded with visitor identity, time, region and notice version. Open Cookie settings to reject, change or withdraw; prior acceptance evidence is retained. Contact the concierge to withdraw CRM or exported-list use. Meta may retain previously received data under its policies.
